To request affiliate access, please complete the Affiliate Access Request Form with your email address and company name. Once the process is restarted, we will notify you.

The onboarding process takes a few days and involves several steps, but it is only required once. We will send you a special link to complete the onboarding process and create your Penn State account. Once the necessary approvals have been completed and your account has been enabled in our systems, you will be able to activate your Mobile id+ Card on your smartphone.
